Refund policy


Holiday Returns & Exchanges 

To make holiday shopping worry-free, we are extending our return window:

  • Purchase Window: Applicable to all orders placed from November 7th through December 31st.

  • Return Deadline: Eligible items can be returned by January 15th for a refund to the original form of payment.

  • Conditions: All items must be returned per the instructions below and meet our standard policy requirements (unused, unwashed, with all original* tags and packaging, and in a condition for resale along with a purchase receipt from pinebarrons.com).

Qualifying products* purchased online through PINEBARRONS.COM may be returned within 7 days from receipt of package. Exchanges may be available, but not guaranteed. All shipping costs for returned or exchanged merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer; however, exceptions will be considered if the reason for the return is due to a technical or logistical error on the part of PINE BARRONS.

All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, with all original* tags and packaging, and in a condition for resale. Additionally, a purchase receipt from PINEBARRONS.COM is required. Once our warehouse is in receipt of your returned merchandise, they will process a refund if accepted.

All purchases that are paid either in full, or partially, with a gift card are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us at support@pinebarrons.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
